Learn Hawaiian Quilting
Have you been drooling over gorgeous Hawaiian quilts but felt intimidated by needle-turn appliqué or hand quilting? After this workshop, you will be confident in your abilities to create a beautiful masterpiece in the Hawaiian style. Using my methods, tips and tricks, you will create your own Hawaiian quilted cushion or wall hanging. Techniques will include needle-turn applique and hand quilting. Kit required.
Required Kit
Your kit will include everything you need to make a 20” quilted block that you can use as a wall hanging or make into a cushion (pillow), including fabric for the appliqué, background and backing, pattern, thread for appliqué and quilting, appliqué and quilting needles, needle threader, and batting. Kit price: $45

- Iron and ironing surface
- thimble
- thread snips
- very sharp fabric scissors
- pins
- basting needle and thread
